She started her acting career at the beginning of the 1980s and became famous for the character she played Siobhan Ryan from 1982-1986 on the daytime drama Ryan's Hope. The most well-known of her roles is her role as Catherine Willows in the CBS police procedural drama. Crime Scene Investigation (2000-13) and the subsequent TV movie Immortality (2015). Vegas is a film that was released in 2022 and continues to air until today. Helgenberger is also known for his role as K.C. Koloski, who played in the drama series on ABC. China Beach (1988-91) won her an Emmy Award 1990 for Outstanding Performance by a Drama Series. In addition, she has appeared on the TV programs Under the Dome, Intelligence as well as the films Species (1996) Species II (1998), Erin Brockovich (2000) as well as Mr. Brooks (2007).
